We make community involvement a priority

At Classic Kitchen & Bath, we’re passionate about getting involved and giving back to our community. Some of the local charities we believe in and support are Decoding Dyslexia Virginia, Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc., Cat’s Cradle, Downtown Renaissance, Collins Center, The Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Denton Family Charitable Foundation, Shenandoah Valley Autism Partnership, Massanutten Technical Center, March of Dimes, SPCA and WMRA. We also proudly founded a local event to benefit the ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter.

Jill McGlaughlin, CGP, CAPS Owner

Jill, a JMU graduate, has been designing kitchens and baths since 1999 but is now overseeing the management and marketing of Classic Kitchen & Bath. She’s dedicated to keeping up with the latest news and trends of the housing and building industry. She holds both a Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Jill serves as Past President for the Shenandoah Valley Builders Association (SVBA) and is the current Chair-Elect of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce. In addition to these positions, she sits on the Board of Directors for the ALS Association DC/MD/VA Chapter, James Madison University Duke Club, Explore More Discovery Museum and Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc.



Leslie Efraimson, Interior Designer

Leslie has been designing kitchens, baths and other spaces since 2000. She holds a degree in Interior Design from James Madison University and uses her training and expertise to guide clients through the design and selection process with ease. She creates spectacular designs with artistic touch.







Gabby Koontz, AKBD, Kitchen and Bath Designer

Gabby has worked as a designer since 2004, and joined the Classic Kitchen & Bath design team in 2007. She is certified by the NKBA as an Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD). She’s known for her ability to find just the style the customer is looking in the wide array of available cabinet and countertop lines. She loves making customers happy with their new spaces. Gabby has a Bachelor of Science degree in interior design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.






Cathy Pitts, Interior Designer CAPS

Cathy has been designing kitchens and baths for Classic Kitchen & Bath since 2011. She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis on interior design. Cathy enjoys continuing her education and holds the NAHB’s Certified Aging-in-Place designation (CAPS). Cathy is a spirited individual with a big smile and kind heart. She has a passion for design and loves the details.







Katie Atkinson, Office Manager

Katie joined the Classic Kitchen & Bath Team in Jan. 2013. Katie graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Marketing and a Minor in Psychology. Her 25+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Management & Customer Service will serve her well in managing office activities, providing excellent service & hospitality to our clients and continually developing creative ways to bring our products and services to the exciting market of Kitchen & Bath design.
